The Recreation side of the Rice Lake Aquatic & Recreation Center is a space for our community to stay active, get moving, and have fun. Whether you’re walking a few laps on the indoor track, shooting hoops, playing volleyball, or enjoying some time in the gym, there’s room for everyone to be active.

The recreation center is accessible through the pool entrance. All recreation/community center visitors must check in at the Aquatic & Recreation Center front desk upon arrival. Please note that the Boys & Girls Club operates separately from the center.
The recreation center currently offers an open gym and indoor walking track. The gym is available for open recreation, including activities such as basketball, volleyball, and other activities, as long as the open gym rules are followed.
The walking track is available for walking, jogging, and running.
Basketballs and volleyballs are currently available for community use, along with a volleyball net system. We are also working to add additional recreational equipment as funding becomes available.
We aren't currently allowing the gym to be reserved. It is open for community members to use.
The community center gym isn't available for athletic team use.
