Parent and Child Swimming - For ages 6 months to 3 years, this fun, instructor-led class builds water confidence through games and guided activities. Parents join in to support their child in floating, kicking, and basic movements while learning water safety. No experience needed—just splash, play, and learn!
Level 1: Introduction to Water Skills - This beginner class helps children feel comfortable in the water while learning basic skills like floating, kicking, and arm movements. Instructors focus on water safety and fun. Participants must be at least 3 years old and toilet trained.
Level 2: Fundamental Aquatic Skills - This class builds on Level 1 skills, introducing independent floating, gliding, and basic stroke techniques. Swimmers develop greater water confidence while learning essential safety skills. Participants must have completed Level 1 or be comfortable in the water.
Level 3: Stroke Development - Swimmers build endurance and refine strokes while learning to swim confidently in deeper water. Skills include front crawl, back crawl, elementary backstroke, treading water, and rotary breathing. Prerequisite: Completion of Level 2 or equivalent skills.
Level 4: Stroke Improvement - This level focuses on refining strokes, increasing endurance, and improving technique for front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, and elementary backstroke. Swimmers also practice deep-water skills, diving, and endurance swimming. Prerequisite: Successful completion of Level 3 or equivalent skills.
Level 5: Stroke Refinement - Swimmers refine technique for all major strokes, build endurance, and learn advanced skills like flip turns and diving. This level prepares swimmers for fitness swimming and competitive techniques. Prerequisite: Completion of Level 4 or equivalent skills.
Level 6: (Two Options)
Personal Water Safety - Emphasizes survival swimming, treading water, and advanced water safety skills to prepare swimmers for real-life aquatic situations.
Fitness Swimmer - Focuses on endurance, stroke refinement, and competitive swimming techniques, including interval training and flip turns.
